Hannah Lee Noll is a prolific sailing media professional and the founder of WindDance Creative, a creative agency specializing in storytelling, social media, and photography for global sailing brands.

With nearly a decade of experience dedicated exclusively to the sport, Hannah has collaborated with top-tier regattas, leading one-design fleets, world-class athletes, and premier yacht clubs worldwide.

Her clients include the Bacardi Cup, International J/70 Class Association, Sailing World Magazine, Harken, VX One Class, Chicago Yacht Club, Melges, US Sailing Team, and more.

Leveraging her background in advertising agencies and grassroots nonprofits, her creative work strengthens sailing communities and amplifies the sport’s visibility.

Her contributions have been recognized with multiple leadership awards including induction into the College Sailing Hall of Fame for student leadership. As a competitive sailor, Hannah has won regional and national championships across several classes. She races scows, Melges 24s, J/70s, Snipes, Etchells, and Melges 15s.
